Description

RFID ferro rugged tags are engineered with a strong and durable protective enclosure, using industrial-grade materials that allow reliable operation in harsh and demanding environments. These rugged RFID tags are built to resist heavy impact, temperature fluctuations, moisture, chemical exposure, and long-term mechanical stress, making them highly suitable for industrial asset tracking and outdoor identification applications.

To ensure stable performance on metallic assets, the tags are available in specialized anti-metal versions designed specifically for metal surface mounting. An integrated anti-interference layer helps reduce the signal disruption typically caused by metal, significantly improving readability and RF performance compared to conventional RFID tags. Paired with advanced RFID chips and optimized antenna architecture, the tags provide long reading distance, stable signal transmission, and dependable performance in complex industrial environments.

RFID Ferro rugged tags are housed in a tough, rigid, andprotective shell-such as industrial plastic-making themsuitable for the most aggressive environments, includingphysical impacts, extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals,and mechanical stress.

These tags include high-protection anti-metal variantsspecifically designed for attachment to metal surfaces. Aninternal anti-metal layer counteracts signal interference frommetal, solving the signal attenuation and readability issuescommon with ordinary tags in metal environments. Combinedwith high-performance chips and optimized antennas, theyachieve longer reading distances and stable performance onmetal surfaces.

Diverse types are available based on application needs,including metal-mounted, non-metal, HF (NFC), UHF, anddual-band options. Multiple installation methods aresupported, such as glue, self-adhesive, screws, rivets, and zipties. High protection ratings such as IP68 ensure reliableoperation in harsh conditions. With a variety of chip types andoperating frequencies covering both UHF and HF, these tagsare widely used in metal asset management, metal equipmentmanagement, industrial applications, warehousing, logistics,and other fields.
